Responsibilities
1.	New Product & New Project R&D 新产品/新项目研发：
Lead the research, project initiation, design, and implementation of new products, technologies, and processes related to printed labels & RFID labels. Develop R&D plans and test programs, promote sample trial production and performance verification, and ensure R&D results meet market demands and company business objectives.
主导印刷标签、RFID 智能标签相关新产品、新技术、新工艺的调研、立项、设计与落地，制定研发方案、测试计划，推进样品试制、性能验证，确保研发成果符合市场需求及公司业务目标。
2.	Project Coordination & Execution 项目串联与执行：
Act as the core coordinator of R&D projects, oversee the full progress of R&D projects, collaborate with team members on task allocation, track project schedules, resolve technical and coordination issues during implementation, and ensure projects are completed on time and with quality.
作为研发项目核心串联者，统筹研发项目全流程推进，联动研发项目成员分工协作，跟踪项目进度、解决项目推进中的技术及协调问题，确保项目按时、按质完成。
3.	Cross-departmental Collaboration 跨部门协调：
Liaise with production, sales, quality, procurement, and other departments, communicate R&D requirements, deliver technical standards, coordinate production transformation, promote the smooth industrialization of R&D achievements, and solve technical adaptation issues in mass production.
对接生产、销售、质量、采购等多个部门，沟通研发需求、传递技术标准、协调生产转化，推动研发成果顺利落地量产，解决量产过程中的技术适配问题。
4.	Global Collaboration全球协同对接：
With fluent English listening and speaking skills, communicate regularly with project managers at the US headquarters. Synchronize R&D progress, report project status, align with global R&D standards and requirements, and ensure R&D work is consistent with group strategy.
凭借流利的英文听说能力，与美国总部集团项目经理进行常态化沟通，同步研发进度、汇报项目情况、对接全球研发标准及需求，确保研发工作与集团战略同频。
5.	Technology Accumulation & Optimization 技术积累与优化：
Collect cutting-edge technologies and market demand information in the printed label & RFID industry, establish R&D technical documentation, optimize existing R&D processes and technical solutions to improve R&D efficiency and product competitiveness. Assist in compiling and archiving R&D-related documents.
收集印刷标签、RFID 行业前沿技术、市场需求信息，建立研发技术档案，优化现有研发流程及技术方案，提升研发效率及产品竞争力；配合完成研发相关文档的编制与归档。


Requirements
1.Communication & Coordination沟通协调能力：
Possess strong cross-departmental communication and overall coordination skills. Be adept at aligning team members across different roles to drive work forward, clearly convey requirements, resolve collaboration conflicts, and ensure efficient linkage of all tasks.
具备极强的跨部门沟通、统筹协调能力，善于串联不同岗位人员推进工作，能清晰传递需求、化解协作矛盾，确保各项工作高效衔接。
2.Responsibility & Execution 责任与执行力：
Take ownership of R&D projects; has strong execution capability and ability to work under pressure. Proactively drive progress, solves problems proactively, and ensures effective delivery of R&D tasks.
对研发项目负责，具备较强的执行力和抗压能力，能主动推进工作、积极解决问题，确保研发任务落地见效。
3.Learning & Innovation 学习与创新能力：
Keep abreast of technological trends in the printing and labeling & RFID industry. Demonstrate fast learning ability and innovation mindset and propose ideas for new product and new technology development based on industry trends and company needs.
关注印刷标签、RFID行业技术动态，具备快速学习能力和创新意识，能结合行业趋势及公司需求，提出新产品、新技术研发思路。
4.Education:Bachelor’s degree or above in Printing Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or related fields, with a solid professional theoretical foundation.
教育背景：本科及以上学历，印刷工程、包装工程、材料科学与工程等相关专业，具备扎实的专业理论基础。
5.	Industry Experience: 3–5+ years of relevant R&D experience in printed labels or RFID labels, packaging and printing industries. Familiar with printing label production processes, raw material characteristics, and product testing standards. Candidates with experience in new product development and commercialization are preferred.
行业经验：3-5年及以上印刷标签、包装印刷或RFID 标签 / 智能标签相关研发工作经验，熟悉印刷标签生产工艺、原材料特性、产品测试标准，有新产品研发落地经验者优先。
6.	Knowledge & Skills 知识技能：
Proficient in core technologies for printed label R&D; familiar with cutting-edge industry technologies and market trends. Skilled in using R&D-related office software and design tools, possess basic data analysis capabilities.
掌握印刷标签研发核心技术，了解行业前沿技术及市场趋势；能熟练使用研发相关办公软件及设计工具，具备基础的数据分析能力。
7.	Language Skills 语言能力：
Fluent in written and spoken English; able to communicate and report work, align requirements with the U.S. headquarters without barriers, and independently handle English R&D documents.
英文听说读写流利，能无障碍与美国总部人员沟通汇报工作、对接需求，可独立处理英文研发文档。
8.	Other Competencies 其他能力：
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to quickly respond to technical and coordination needs in R&D.
Strict, detail-oriented, and focused on quality control to ensure stability and compliance with R&D outcomes.
