职责内容/Responsibilities:
1.	学习并适应产品设计开发体系和公司产品开发程序。 
Study and adapt to product design development system and product development process.
2.	按产品开发流程进行新产品设计及产品设计验证。 
Perform new product design and product design validation according to product development procedures.
3.	完成产品设计并发布技术图纸；与客户交流并确保产品技术资料持续的满足客户要求。
Complete product design and release technical spec； communicate with customers and ensure product technical information to meet customer requirements. 
4.	完成产品的设计验证计划并实施；进行技术积累，形成技术规范，实现技术进步；持续改进，并推行持续性改进； 
Complete design validation and implementation, technical accumulation, technical specifications, technical progress, continuous improvement, and continuous improvements.
5.	与生技工程师紧密合作，降低产品设计成本，达到适合公司具体情况的产品设计，确保现有条件下具体项目制造过程的合理性；
Work closely with PE engineers to reduce product cost, achieve product design appropriate to the company's specific conditions, and ensure the reasonableness of the project manufacturing process under existing conditions.
6.	完成领导交办的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by leader.
任职资格要求/Job Requirement :
1.	电子相关专业，大专以上学历；
Major in electronic correlation, college graduated or above.
2．3年以上电子变压器开发经验。
More than 2 years’ experience in product development of transformer.
3. 熟悉APQP和FMEA工具并能熟练运用。
Be familiar with APQP and FMEA tools and can use it with ease.
4. 精通各类电子变压器设计开发，了解基本的制造工艺及品质标准。
Proficient in design and development of all kinds of transformers, basic understanding for manufacturing process and quality 
standards.
5. 熟悉电子变压器的各种安全标准。
Familiar with all kinds of electronic transformer safety standards.
6. 英文良好，能熟练运用Office、 CAD等办公软件。
Good command of English（or Japanese）, Proficient in Office, CAD and other office software.
