任职要求：
1.	8 or above years relevant working experience in:   8年以上相关工作经验
a.	Automation Machine Design (optional)  自动机设计（优选项）
b.	Design for Manufacturing   夹治具设计
c.	High Speed Assembly Equipment (optional)  高速组装机（有选项）
d.	Machine Tools 机加设备
e.	Precision Tooling   精密工具
f.	Industrial Machine Control Systems (optional) 工业机加设备控制系统（有选项）
2.	3-5 years relevant experience in project management is preferred.  3~5 年管理经验佳。
3.	Solid interpersonal communication skills, a professional demeanour, cooperative personality and a team attitude are all required.  Works well with others and interacts effectively and efficiently with internal and external people and groups.  沟通技能佳
4.	Strong verbal and written English communication skills.  英语口语及书面沟通能力佳。
5.	Ability to use SolidWorks and MS Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint Document Management and general computer literacy. 熟练使用SW及相关软件
6.	Analytical and creative thinker, problem solver, result-orientated and focused. 创新思维，解决问题能力佳， 结果导向驱动， 有专注力。
岗位职责：
1.	Direct tooling concept review, model review and detail review, review all mechanical elements of either manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic tooling and equipment used in volume production in Samtec’s assembly processes.
指导tooling概念设计，模型设计，细节设计，审查手动，半自动或全自动机的机构元件设计
2.	Communicate in a collaborative environment to provide mechanical design support for the design needs of internal customers.
在合作的氛围内沟通， 为内部客户提供关于机构设计的支持。
3.	Validate that Product Quality and Process Reliability are designed into all projects through project qualifications.
评估产品和制程的质量和可靠性。
4.	Evaluate/review tooling costing and margin requirements for new product project.
对新产品预估tooling费用及相关要求
5.	Responsible for the tooling project status, evaluation of suppliers, their quotations and cost control of the project budget.
对tooling 案件的进程负责，评估供应商及其报价，案件预算控制。
6.	Assign the design project, provide leadership in design and build to meet global safety standards.
分配设计案件， 主导设计及制造需要符合全球安全准则。
7.	Conduct regular project meetings with the project team
组织例行工程会议。
8.	Inspire, lead, organize and manage MEG team
激励， 领导和管理MEG团队。
