职责内容/Responsibilities:
1.  支持磁性元器件产品的研发设计团队。
Support R&D Magnetic Design Team.
61 支持定制磁性产品的设计开发。
Support product development of custom magnetic products. 
61 包括零部件和组件的概念设计及注塑成型建立。
Includes concept work and modelling of component parts and assemblies.
61 与客户及研发团队共同确定设计规范。
Work with customer and Bourns engineering team to finalize agreed specifications. 
61 绘制相关图纸。
Develop manufacturing level drawings and controls.
61 与采购及PCB板制造商的相互联络。
Liaise with sourcing and PCB manufacturers.
2.  技术支持。
Technical support
61 为研发团队提供日常技术支持。
Daily technical support for the engineering team. 
61 为来自客户（内部/外部）及其他部门的日常问题提供支持。
Day to day questions from customers (internal/external) and production.
3.  行业标准及品质支持。
Industry standards and quality support.
61 制定DFM
Ensure DFM.
61 确定原材料、半成品及成品的管控标准。
Determine control aspects for raw materials, sub-assemblies and finished goods.
61 确定符合规定的PCB板标准，包括包装标准。
Compliance with defined PCB standards, including those for packaging.
61 支持品管进行不良原因分析及改善对策。
Support QE for failure analysis and remediation.
4.  初始样品制作。
Prototyping  
61 模具的设计与开发，并在开模前使用模拟分析进行可行性评估。
Develop models, and use mechanical simulation packages to assess suitability for purpose.
61 确定合适的供应商及模具设计。
Identifying suitable suppliers and models for sampling.
5.  原材料的选择。
Material Selection.
61 对于PCB板的原材料选择，包括PCB板的制程确定（单层板与多层板）。
Manage raw materials selection suitable for PCBs, including laminate and trace.
61 协助SQE及采购确定合适的供应商。
Assist SQE and Sourcing to identify suitable suppliers.
6.  制定PCB板的设计规范。
Establish Design Rules for PCB.   
61 建立及维护设计规范，以满足变压器的的安规标准。
Establish and maintain design rules to meet safety regulatory standard.
61 在EVT、DVT及PVT开发各阶段中发挥积极作用，推动产品标准达到零缺陷能力。
Active role in EVT, DVT and PVT design cycles to drive product standards to zero defect capability.  
7． 完成上级交办的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by leader.
任职资格要求/Job Requirement :
1.	获得公认的学院或大学的本科或同等学历。
Graduated Bachelor of Engineering/Science from a recognized college or university, or equivalent education.	
2.	5年以上印刷电路板设计或电路板装配类似工作经验。了解变压器安规要求，以及DFM电气设计经验，包括FME，熟悉EVT、DVT和PVT设计周期。熟悉SPC过程控制方法和实施。有平面变压器/电感设计经验者优先。
5 years minimum PCB layout or PCB composition progressive experience in similar position. Knowledge of safety transformer regulatory requirements, and DFM experience on electrical designs, including FME, familiar with EVT, DVT and PVT design cycles. Knowledge of SPC process control methods and implementation. With preference for somebody with direct planar magnetics experience.
3.	具有大功率磁性元器件(变压器/电感器)的材料及生产工艺知识。
Knowledge of material and processes used in the manufacture of high volume electro mechanical components including transformer and inductors.
4.	熟悉ISO 9001/IATF16949质量体系以及APQP和AEC-Q200汽车行业体系标准。
ISO 9001/IATF16949 quality system and APQP process and AEC-Q200 automotive industry standard.
5.	具有较强的GD&T专业知识、熟练操作PCB设计软件（如Mentor PADS、EAGLE）及CAD、办公软件等。
Strong GD&T knowledge,	PCB software, (e.g. Mentor PADS, EAGLE) CAD, office software.
6.	良好的英语口语及写作能力。
Good spoken English level and excellent written skills.
