to drive operational excellence at the site by identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize performance. This role focuses on promoting Colorcon’s Continuous Improvement culture and leading Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities：
1、Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools and principles to problem solve delivering efficiencies and cost savings.
2、Lead improvement projects, coordinate with other functions to ensure successful project completion.
3、Using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and other Lean tools to optimize process.
4、Facilitate Lean Yellow belt or 8 Waste training
5、Support trainees for YB project or quick kaizen
6、Facilitate monthly Gemba Walk with leadership team and tracking followups
7、Oversight/confirmation of implementation and effectiveness of continuous improvement projects

Job Requirements：
1、Bachelor degree in science, technology, engineering or math
2、3 years in manufacturing sector, experiences in Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, SCM are preferred
3、3 years
4、Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred

3、领导改进项目，协调各部门确保项目顺利完成
4、使用价值流图和其他精益工具优化流程
5、组织精益黄带或八大浪费培训
6、支持学员完成黄带项目或快速改善活动
7、每月组织领导团队进行现场巡视并跟进后续工作
8、监督确认持续改进项目的实施效果

任职要求：
1、理工科相关专业本科及以上学历
2、3年以上制造业工作经验，具有生产质量工程维护供应链经验者优先
3、具备3年以上相关领域工作经验
4、持有精益六西格玛绿带认证者优先考虑
5、良好的数据分析能力和问题解决能力
6、优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力
7、能够独立推动项目实施并达成预期目标
8、熟悉制造业运营流程和持续改进方法论
9、具备较强的抗压能力和责任心
10、良好的文档编写和报告展示能力
