The position would directly report to the General Manager in English, below please refer to the

Key performance areas: 
1.	Environment, Health and Safety (EHS):
•	Implement safety management system to make sure the company running in safety environment, support achieving company’s (EHS) targets.
•	Take responsibility of the daily surveillance for in compliance with EHS requirements.
•	Continually improve the assembly process, design/use proper fixtures and equipment to eliminate the risk of injury.
•	Meet Company 5S standard.
2.	Process development:
•	Process design and parts sourcing specification creation.
•	Process Built of time (BOT) design.
•	VSM (Value stream map) creation.
•	Inspection procedure creation.
•	Tool/gage/fixture/equipment concept design or selection.
•	Build prototype and test based on updated design.
•	CNC programming manually and CAM postprocessors.
•	Be responsible for tools and equipment, debug / installation.
•	Optimize manufacturing process to meet Uptime, Quality and productivity goals.
•	Lead process problem solving / root cause analysis.
•	Implement process/product continuous improvement project for cost reduction.
•	Ensure timely responses to change management requests related to engineering changes.
3.	Production productivity improvement:
•	Measure and track the productivity improving based on the value design
•	Machining parameter improvement to reduce processing timing
•	Quick fixture set up to reduce exchange timing
•	Tools improvement to enhance productivity
•	Process sequence upgrade to reduce cycle time
•	Gauge upgrade to improve inspection timing
•	Training operator and technician to implement working instruction
•	Assess operator skill level.
4.	Lean manufacturing:
•	Process step timing measurement, value working elements identification. And optimization
•	Material flow & process map & TP c/t identification
•	Tact time clarification
•	Workstation split
•	Site organization system creation & set-up
•	Material flow system design w/ Kanban
5.	Quality:
•	Work with quality and production dept. to continue improves product quality to satisfy customer requirement
•	Support resolution of in-process quality issues
6.	NPI:
•	Execute NPI assignments on time, meet all key project dates and ensure appropriate representation at ALL project meetings.
•	Support prototype build.
7.	Document:
•	Execute NPI assignments on time, meet all key project dates and ensure appropriate representation at ALL project meetings.
•	Support prototype build.

Your profile: 

•	Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related majors;
•	Above 5 years work experience in related fields;
•	Possess Specialty educational background or above in the field of engineering;
•	Excellent experience in machining, CNC machine programing;
•	Excellent experience on machining and cutting data or parameters, cutting tool selection and fixture design;
•	Relevant engineering design and process experience in multinational company;
•	Able to use CAD Pro/E and AutoCAD. Good experience to use CAM software Power Mill and Master Cam;
•	Good command of  Microsoft Office;
•	Understand lean manufacturing system and can use it to set up lean mfg. layout, material flow, site organization etc.;
•	Demonstrated experience on using statistical tools for problem solving, 6 Sigma green belt training, process and quality management (Namely DOE, FMEA, SPC,). 
•	Fully understand mechanical drawings, including a good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
•	Basic knowledge of  industrial hydraulic and pneumatic system
•	Native Chinese speaking fluent in English, be able to read and write in English, communication with foreigner face-to-face or audio conference.
