1,To provide quality technical services to brands and customers in structural components business.
2,To support the Global footwear Technical goals conducting training, seminar, product recommendation, development, factory Audits / SOP BP and trials. 
3,To support the sales team to develop a profitable sales argument in favour of the Coats offer for structural components 
4,Structural component support and problem solving for customers
5,Technical service support to Buyers/ Buying Offices/Customers
6,Provide technical training – internal and external, seminars, workshops, technical presentations on company, product/brand promotion. 
7,Provide Technical Audits, product analysis as required
8,Build close relationships and support sales team to develop sales of high value products
9,Support all activities for testing or implementation of Global Technical Initiatives
10,Support  Structural Components new developments with input and testing internally and in the field. 
11,Reporting
12,Report to direct manager for key issues as they arise.  
13,Provide on time weekly Technical Reports Direct manager copied to Asia Manager
University Degree
Knowledge of Footwear constructions
Fluent in English
Experience in footwear industry or related industry
