Position Overview:
The Product Developer plays a crucial role in the success of Likely, Inc.'s operations in China. This position is vital as we aim to enhance our capabilities to meet the demands of our projects and growing business. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and most importantly, fluency in English to effectively communicate with our U.S. office.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with suppliers to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of materials.
- Lead the development of packaging products from the initial concept stage to final production, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail, particularly in areas such as paper quality, print quality, and color variance.

- Serve as the intermediary between our U.S. office and nominated suppliers in China, efficiently conveying project requirements and addressing any issues that may arise.

- Proactively identify and implement solutions to challenges encountered during the product development process.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.


Qualifications:

- College Degree.

- Proven 3+ years of experience in product development and project management, preferably in the packaging industry.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English.

- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.

- Ability to effectively communicate project requirements and address challenges with suppliers and internal teams.

- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
