岗位职责：
1.依据模具的设计图纸，独立完成 CNC 加工程序的编制，确保程序的准确性和合理性，满足产品加工精度要求。
Independently prepare the CNC machining program according to the design drawings of the mold, ensure the accuracy and rationality of the program, and meet the processing accuracy requirements of the product.
2.结合模具结构特点和加工工艺要求，合理选择刀具、确定切削参数及加工路径，制定高效的加工方案，保障加工过程的顺畅性。67
Combined with the characteristics of the mold structure and the requirements of the processing technology, reasonably select the cutting tools, determine the cutting parameters and processing paths, formulate an efficient processing plan, and ensure the smoothness of the processing process.
3.参与生产过程中的技术支持，及时处理加工过程中因程序问题导致的各类异常情况，协助解决加工工艺难题，确保生产进度。
Participate in the technical support during the production process, promptly handle various abnormal situations caused by program problems during the processing, assist in solving processing technology problems, and ensure the production progress.
4.对已编制的加工程序进行持续优化，通过改进加工路径、调整参数等方式，提高加工效率、降低生产成本，同时提升加工质量。67
Continuously optimize the prepared machining program. Improve machining efficiency, reduce production costs, and enhance machining quality by means of improving the machining path, adjusting parameters, etc.
5.与模具设计、车间加工等相关部门保持密切沟通协作，反馈编程过程中发现的设计或工艺问题，共同推进模具生产进度和质量提升。
Maintain close communication and collaboration with relevant departments such as mold design and workshop processing, report design or process issues identified during the programming process, and jointly promote the progress of mold production and the improvement of quality.
6.负责编程相关技术资料的整理、归档，包括程序文件、工艺参数、刀具选择记录等，确保技术资料的完整性和可追溯性。
Be responsible for the organization and archiving of programming - related technical materials, including program files, process parameters, tool selection records, etc., to ensure the integrity and traceability of technical materials.
7.积极做好”5S”,切实执行完全责任制； 
Actively do a good job in "5S" and earnestly implement the full responsibility system.

2.6 years or above Working Experience
6年或6年以上工作经验
3.熟练掌握 UG、Mastercam 等主流 CNC 编程软件，能独立完成复杂模具的 3D 编程工作。会使用北京精雕编程软件优先

4.熟悉各类 CNC 加工设备（如加工中心、高速铣等）的性能特点及操作规范。67

5.精通模具加工工艺，对刀具特性、切削参数选择有丰富经验，能根据不同材质和加工要求制定最优工艺方案。
Proficient in mold processing technology, with rich experience in tool characteristics and selection of cutting parameters. Able to develop the optimal process plan according to different materials and processing requirements.
6.有1年以上的CNC操机经验
