4、开展工厂实地考察并驻场监督生产流程与质量表现，实时解决问题
5、依据批准标准对材料、零部件、色彩匹配、表面处理及包装完整性进行审核
6、早期识别质量风险，清晰传达问题并直接与工厂协作实施纠正措施
7、维护详尽的质量控制报告、检验记录及影像资料，确保文档管理规范
8、与生产、设计及运营团队紧密协作，确保对预期目标及质量基准的共识
9、支持工厂评估、审核及新制造合作伙伴的入厂审核工作
10、确保产品在出货前符合客户规格、合规要求及交付标准

任职要求：
1、6年以上制造领域质量控制实践经验，包装、纸制品或印刷行业优先考虑
2、具备管理质检团队及实施结构化质量控制体系的实际业绩
3、对高端包装制造工艺、材料及饰面工艺有深刻理解

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior QC Production Specialist to join our China office in Guangdong Province. This role is critical to ensuring our luxury packaging products meet the highest quality standards from pre-production through final shipment. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience in manufacturing quality control, has managed QC teams, and understands how to build strong, long-term relationships with factory partners.
This position requires frequent travel to partner factories and the ability to remain on-site for extended periods to oversee production, conduct inspections, and resolve issues in real time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute quality control processes across all stages of production, including pre-production, in-line, and final inspections
Develop, implement, and continuously improve QC standards, SOPs, and inspection checklists aligned with luxury packaging requirements
Manage and train QC inspectors and production support staff, ensuring consistency and accountability across teams
Conduct on-site factory visits and stay at factory locations as needed to oversee production runs and quality performance
Review materials, components, color matching, finishes, print quality, construction, and packaging integrity against approved standards and samples
Identify quality risks early, communicate issues clearly, and work directly with factories to implement corrective actions
Maintain detailed QC reports, inspection records, and photo documentation for internal teams and US-based stakeholders
Collaborate closely with US production, design, and operations teams to ensure alignment on expectations, timelines, and quality benchmarks
Support factory evaluations, audits, and onboarding of new manufacturing partners
Ensure products meet client specifications, compliance requirements, and delivery standards before shipment

Qualifications
6+ years of hands-on QC experience in manufacturing, preferably in packaging, paper goods, printing, textiles, or related luxury product categories
Proven experience managing QC teams and implementing structured quality control systems
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and finishes used in premium and luxury packaging
Experience conducting factory audits, in-line inspections, and final inspections
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions on-site under time-sensitive conditions
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-culturally with factory partners and internal teams
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently and stay on-site at factories for multiple days at a time
High attention to detail, organization, and documentation
Proficiency in Mandarin and English preferred
