岗位概述Position Summary
协助组长负责单条产线或作业单元的日常管理，以安全生产为首要原则，做好当班人员安排、作业指导、质量自检及现场5S管理，确保生产指令安全、高效落实。Assist the Line Leader in the daily management of a production line or operation unit, with safety as the top priority; support shift manpower arrangement, provide work instruction, oversee quality self-inspection and 5S management, and ensure production instructions are carried out safely and effectively.

2.	日常工作职责Day to Day Responsibility
2.1人员安排与调度 Personnel Arrangement and Scheduling
根据当班生产任务及员工技能矩阵，合理安排工位人员，确保产线平衡与满负荷运行。Reasonably arrange station personnel based on shift production tasks and employee skill matrices to ensure line balance and full utilization.
2.2 异常快速响应Abnormality Quick Response
发现设备故障、缺料、质量波动等异常，立即按流程上报并协助处理，记录停机时间。Immediately report and assist in handling abnormalities such as equipment failure, material shortage, and quality fluctuations according to procedures, and record downtime.
2.3 考勤与纪律Attendance and Discipline 
记录员工出勤、工时及违纪情况，关心员工状态，及时反馈团队问题。Record employee attendance, working hours, and disciplinary violations, care about employee conditions, and provide timely feedback on team issues.
2.4 质量首检与巡检Quality *** Inspection and Patrol
执行首件确认，定时巡检关键质量控制点，发现不良立即整改，防止批量不良。Conduct ***-piece confirmation and periodically inspect key quality control points; immediately stop the line for rectification when defects are found to prevent batch defects.
2.5 现场5S管理 On-site 5S Management
开展当班5S巡查，快速整改不符合项，确保责任区域符合5S要求并持续改善。Conduct shift 5S inspections, promptly correct nonconformities, and ensure the assigned area complies with 5S requirements and continuously improves.
2.6 作业指导与确认Operation Guidance and Confirmation
开班前确认人员状态、设备参数、物料齐套；生产中巡视作业手法，确保员工按 SOP 操作。Confirm personnel status, equipment parameters, and material readiness before the shift starts; patrol operation techniques during production to ensure employees operate according to SOPs.
2.7 其它任务 / Other Tasks
完成上级安排的其他工作Other tasks arranged by the supervisor

3.	任职要求Qualifications
3.1 学历专业Education: 高中、中专及以上学历Senior high school / technical secondary school or above.
3.2 工作经验Working Experience: 2年以上制造业装配线带班经验。Minimum 2 years of assembly line supervisory experience in the manufacturing industry.
3.3 专业技能Professional Skills: 
具备现场问题诊断与改善能力，了解精益生产基础知识及 IE 相关知识。Strong ability to diagnose and improve on-site issues, with basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and Industrial Engineering (IE).
3.4 能力或认证Competencies or Certification: 熟悉办公软件。Proficient in office software 
3.5  综合素质 / Comprehensive Qualities
责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力与执行力，抗压能力强，能适应白夜班轮班工作，并具备基层管理发展意愿。Strong sense of responsibility, with good communication and execution skills, able to work under pressure, adapt to rotating day and night shifts, and willing to develop in frontline management.
