职位描述：

硬性要求：英语口语能作为工作语言。

岗位职责：
1）Daily management of mechanical team. Coordinate the resources of mechanical engineers to complete company projects.
结构组日常管理，协调结构工程师资源完成公司项目。
2）Responsible for development and  reviewing  of mechanical parts of earphone and some other CE product. 
负责耳机或者其他消费电子结构部件开发和审核。
3）Communicated directly with customer about product’s ID and mechanical design. 
直接与客户沟通产品外观和结构设计。
4）Take the lead in resolving mechanical design issues. 
带头解决产品开发过程中遇到的结构方面难点。

岗位要求：
1）At least 5 years experiences in consumer electronic product development / design. Earbuds/earphone/speaker development experience is preferred. 
5年或以上消费类电子产品设计开发经验，耳机或者音箱类优先。
2）Have good knowledge and experience of injection, stamping, cable, CNC, etc…
熟悉注塑，冲压，CNC线材等工艺。
3）good knowledge and experience of DFM, GD&T, BOM.
熟悉DFM, 公差分析，BOM等工程资料。
4）Good at CREO software.
熟练使用Creo
5）Education qualification, college. Bachelor is preferred.  Good oral and written English skills.
大专以上，本科优先,良好的英语口语和书面英语能力。
