岗位职责：

1.负责仓库日常运营管理，制定并执行仓储策略，优化库存布局、出入库流程及物流配送方案，确保仓库运作高效、有序；
Responsible for daily warehouse operations and management, formulating and implementing warehousing strategies, optimizing inventory layout, in/outbound processes, and logistics distribution plans to ensure efficient and orderly warehouse operations.

2. 5年以上仓储管理经验，其中3年以上团队管理经验，外资企业背景者优先；
Over 5 years of warehousing management experience, including more than 3 years of team management experience, candidates with foreign enterprise background preferred.

3. 监督库存管理，定期盘点，确保账实一致，控制库存周转率，降低仓储成本；
Supervise inventory management, conduct regular inventory counts to ensure account accuracy, control inventory turnover rate, and reduce warehousing costs

4. 统筹安排仓库人员工作，包括任务分配、培训指导及绩效考核，提升团队执行力与协作效率；
Coordinate warehouse personnel operations, including task allocation, training guidance, and performance appraisal, to enhance team execution and collaboration efficiency.

5. 协调与采购、生产、销售等部门的沟通协作，确保物料及时收发、生产需求精准对接；
Facilitate communication and coordination with procurement, production, sales, and other departments to ensure timely material handling and accurate production demand.

6. 处理仓库异常情况（如库存短缺、货物损耗等），制定应急预案并推动落实；
Handle warehouse abnormalities (such as inventory shortages, goods damage, etc.), develop emergency response plans, and drive their implementation

7. 推动仓储管理系统（WMS）的应用与优化，提升数字化管理水平；
Promote the application and optimization of Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve digital management level.

8. 执行公司安全管理制度，确保仓库环境符合EHS标准，预防安全事故；
Implement company safety management systems to ensure warehouse environment complies with EHS standards and prevent safety accidents.

9. 定期汇报仓储运营数据，提供优化建议，支持公司决策。
Regularly report warehouse operation data, provide optimization suggestions, and support company decision-making


岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、仓储管理等相关专业优先；
College degree or above, majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or related fields preferred;

2. 精通仓储管理流程及库存控制方法，熟悉WMS系统操作；
2. Proficient in warehouse management processes and inventory control methods, familiar with WMS system operation;

3.具备较强的数据分析能力，可独立完成库存优化与成本分析； 
Strong data analysis skills, able to independently complete inventory optimization and cost analysis;
