large certified accounting firm with professional practice in international securities, futures-related business auditing, large state-owned enterprises auditing, financial-related auditing, forensic accounting, and foreign listed company auditing. according to the latest information published by chinese institute of certified public accountants “year 2011 comprehensive assessment of top one hundred accounting firms”, baker tilly is ranked 12th among international accounting firms and continuous ranked 8th among local accounting firms in china.<br>our strategic development goals are to become more standardize, group-building and internationalization, through our continuous practice and exploration, we gradually established an integrated and highly centralized management structure
