We are seeking a dynamic **Project Manager** to lead our innovation initiatives from conception to market launch. This role demands an exceptional professional who can navigate the complex journey of product development, ensuring seamless coordination across all phases of the innovation lifecycle., anticipate risks, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure clients' projects turn from concepts into commodities on time, on quality, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
The essence of this job is: 70% Efficient Communication & Resource Coordination + 30% Technical Understanding & Engineering Judgment.

1. **End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management**
    
    Oversee complete project lifecycle from initial ideation through production deployment and market launch
    
    Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, timelines, and milestone frameworks
    
    Establish and maintain project governance structures and decision-making processes
    
    Develop and rigorously enforce detailed project schedules (Gantt Charts) to ensure our commitment to speed is met.
    
2. Overseas Client Communication Hub
    
    Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for international clients, maintaining seamless, barrier-free English communication.
    
    Go beyond translation. You must act as a technical interpreter, converting vague client ideas into actionable factory instructions, and explaining complex engineering issues (like DFM feedback) in clear, commercial terms that clients understand.
    
3. Proactive Risk Management & Judgment
    
    [Crucial Requirement] Utilize your deep experience to anticipate potential pitfalls in design, tooling, or the supply chain before they become crises. We don't want firefighters; we want fire prevention experts. Always have a Plan B ready.
    
4. Cross-Functional Leadership
    
    Orchestrate internal engineering teams, procurement, and our external supplier network. Ensure information flows transparently, accurately, and in real-time between clients, engineers, and factories, eliminating information asymmetry.
    

Requirements
The "Must-Haves" (Non-negotiable):

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Industry Background: Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience specifically in consumer electronics, electro-mechanical products, or complex toys.
- Full-Lifecycle Expertise: Deep understanding of the product realization process. You must be intimately familiar with every stage: ID/MD Design -> Prototyping -> Tooling/Injection Molding -> Assembly/Surface Finishing -> QA/QC, and know the common risks at each step.
- Proven track record managing complete product development lifecycles from concept to market
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English is essential for daily working language (written and spoken). Proven experience managing relationships with European or North American clients, understanding Western business culture and communication styles.

Soft Skills:

- Communication:  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences, to clients and as well as reasoning with factories or supplier.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Extreme Execution: Results-oriented with the tenacity to push projects forward regardless of obstacles.
- Logic & Order: Excellent structured thinking ability to maintain clarity and organization while managing multiple parallel projects under high pressure.
