2) MISSION: Responsible for operation and maintenance of all non-productive equipment and services of the factory. Responsible for EHS compliance related to the facility.

岗位目标:负责所有公司非生产设施设备的维护和运行, 保障公司后勤服务, 负责消防环保运作合法合规



3) CONTACTS: Suppliers of services, Utilities providers, Local Government offices, HR, Procurement, Production and Quality Departments Managers.

沟通对象: 服务供应商,设施设备提供商,政府部门,人事部,采购部,生产及品质部经理



4) RESPONSIBILITIES:

工作职责:

Responsible for management and maintenance of all non-productive equipment and utilities such as: building, lights, electricity, gas, water, air compressor, water treatment, filtering system, air-conditioning, cooling water and others.

4.1负责所有公司非生产设施设备的维护和运行, 例如: 厂房维护,空调照明,供水,供电,空压机, 污水处理站,抽风设施,冷却水等.

Responsible for service functions that are essential for the factory such as: canteen, dormitory, guards, utilities, company cars, cleaners and drivers and others.

4.2负责公司后勤服务及人员管理, 包括食堂,宿舍,保安,司机,清洁工及司机等.

Responsible for compliance in relation to EHS operation for the whole facility such as: fire fighting equipment and fire prevention, waste management, electrical protections, environmental hazardous substances, and others.

4.3负责公司消防环保方面的合规运作,例如,消防系统维保及消防安全,垃圾管控,用电安全防护,危废的合规处置

Support the Production Departments for all their needs related to Facility, Utilities and Services, including the relocation and re-layout of production departments.

4.4协助生产部门在配套设施及服务的需求,包括部门车间布局调整

Responsible for the Maintenance team (non-production related),

4.5负责公司维修部(非生产维修) 管理

Responsible to keep updated layout of the facility, including production departments and utilities distribution.

4.6负责维护及更新公司的布局档案（车间分布图，设施分布图等）

Ensure that the budgeted costs in the areas of competence are monitored on a constant base and kept within the yearly targets.

4.7确保管辖部门的预算费用在公司目标范围内达成，

Works proactively to improve efficiency and to contain the yearly costs of energy, utilities, services. Leads projects to bring the performance in EHS to excellence.

4.8在能源消耗，设施利用及后勤服务方面，积极提升效率，推行必要的改善项目达成最佳表现。



5) COMPETENCIES

能力要求



Several years of experience in the management of facility and EHS for a large (＞250 HC) and complex factory.

在250人以上的公司本岗任职经验

Experience in managing a small team of maintenance engineers.

有管理过维修部门的经验

Good spoken English will be a strong plus.
