YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commercial sales to join our team. This role is ideal for a bright, commercially minded person with excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong people skills.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in the furniture industry and understands how to build strong customer relationships, manage inquiries, follow up on opportunities, and support the sales process from first contact to order confirmation. You should work well in teams, stay organized under pressure, and remain calm and professional in stressful situations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain strong relationships and communication with new and existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and respond in a timely manner.
Prepare quotations, follow up the change and with accuracy measurement, price & product drawing.=>point 3, mentioned the quote with accuracy price
Order processing coordination with Engineering/Production/Procurement/QC/Logistics 
Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with the relevant internal departments.
Help identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.
Support management with sales and orders updates, customer feedback, and commercial reporting.
Perform ad-hoc tasks
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Fluency in English and Mandarin,
Degree with Interior Design background
5-8yrs Furniture industry experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Strong interpersonal and relationship skill.
