职位描述：

岗位职责：
1. 必须有家具厂3年以上经验，负责并持续改进工厂的质量体系，明确进料质量控制（IQC）、过程质量控制（IPQC）和最终/出货质量控制（FQC/OQC）的检查点。
2. 进料检验（IQC）：使用检查表和验收标准，对照图纸/规格（例如尺寸、含水率、颜色匹配、缺陷）对板材、贴面、五金件、表面处理和配件进行检验。
3. 制定抽样计划和验收标准（例如AQL），并确保材料和组件的可追溯性/标签。
4. 过程质量控制（IPQC）：在关键步骤（例如数控/切割、封边、压合/层压、砂光/喷漆、装配、包装）设置质量关卡，包括首件/首件检验和在线巡检。
5. 停止并控制不合格品：记录不合格报告（NCR），隔离不合格部件，与生产部门共同决定返工/返修/报废，并推动根本原因分析和纠正措施（CAPA/8D）。
6. 培训和指导操作员和生产线质量控制人员，使其掌握工艺标准、缺陷预防和正确的检验方法/工具。• 准备清晰的质量文件：检验记录、照片、检查表以及包含趋势和改进措施的周报/月报，供管理层参考。
7. 与工程/设计、生产以及采购/供应商部门合作，提高产品可靠性，减少反复出现的缺陷，包括包装/运输保护方面。

任职要求：
1. 具有高端家具生产或相关行业质量控制技术员（IQC/IPQC/FQC）或类似职位的丰富经验
2. 对家具生产流程、材料、表面处理和构造技术有深入的了解。具备高度的细节关注力，能够在生产过程的每个阶段识别缺陷和不合格情况。
3. 熟悉质量工具和方法（AQL 抽样、控制计划、5-Why/8D、CAPA、帕累托图）。能够制定并执行全面的质量指导方针和标准。
4. 能够阅读技术图纸、物料清单和规格说明；熟悉公差和表面处理标准。
5. 熟练操作电脑办公软件（Word, Excel, PPT），具备英语听说读写能力者优先

- 有家具厂经验者优。

岗位职责 
1. 物料收发管理
-负责所有物料的接收、清点、核对及发放，确保单据与实物一致。  
- 严格执行出入库流程，及时登记台账，保证账物相符。  
- 协调生产、采购等部门，确保物料及时供应，避免缺料或积压。  

2. 进料检验（IQC）
- 协助品质部对入库物料进行初步质量检查（如外观、数量、规格等），发现问题及时上报。  
- 配合质检部门完成抽检或全检工作，不良品隔离并标识。  

3. 仓库规划与5S管理
- 合理规划所有仓库区域（包含危险废物仓），优化物料摆放，提高空间利用率。  
- 执行仓库5S标准（整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养），保持环境整洁、标识清晰。  
- 定期检查仓储条件（如温湿度、防火防潮），确保物料安全。  

4. 进销存账目管理  
- 负责仓库进销存数据录入与维护，确保数据实时准确。  
- 定期盘点库存，分析差异原因并提出改进措施。  
- 协助编制库存报表，为采购、财务提供数据支持。  

5. 叉车操作与设备维护
- 持有效叉车证，安全驾驶叉车完成物料装卸、搬运、出货等作业。  
- 定期检查叉车状态，做好日常保养及故障报修。  
- 遵守安全操作规程，杜绝违规作业，确保人员及货物安全。  

6. 其他：完成领导交办的临时任务。

This role is responsible for developing new and exciting kitchen and furniture designs that combine strong aesthetics, practicality, and manufacturability. The ideal candidate has a true passion for design innovation, follows the latest market trends, understands materials in depth, and can turn ideas into beautiful, functional, and production-ready products. You must be fluent in AutoCAD for technical drawings and highly capable in 3D modeling and rendering for presentation, display, and client communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Design & Development
Lead and manage the end-to-end furniture design process: concept → prototype → production.
Coordinate design activities to ensure timely delivery and technical correctness.
Point of Contact for International Business
Act as the primary point of contact for our international clients/partners.
Manage design communication, feedback, and revisions with global stakeholders.
Lead and Guide Design Team
Lead, mentor, and guide the design team to execute projects to spec and standard.
Drive design quality, documentation, and design execution alignment across teams.
Develop Furniture Collections
Develop furniture collections aligned with brand positioning and market requirements.
Research trends, customer needs, and competitive direction to support product strategy.
Technical Design & Construction Methods
Define optimal construction methods, including:
           joinery and structural design
      assembly approach and manufacturability
Select and specify appropriate materials and components to meet performance, cost, and durability goals.
Material Strategy
Select appropriate wood types and material mixes, including:
      solid wood; veneer; engineered wood etc
Procurement Support
Support procurement activities by ensuring material specifications are clear and obtainable.
Secure the right solutions/materials and work with purchasing to reduce risks and ensure production continuity.
Work closely with Engineering, Production, Sales and Procurement to ensure designs are visually strong, technically correct and practical for manufacturing
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree or above in Interior Design/ Architecture or related design disciplines
Minimum 8 years working experience in interior design/ architect firms and/ or 5 years of working experience with developers
AutoCAD / 3DStudio Max (or similar 3D modeler)/ Photoshop / Microsoft Office
Good and innovative design sense
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Mandarin
