Overview:
The position will be responsible for incoming telephone inquiries, incoming and outgoing mail, greeting visitors and guests. In addition, supporting administration team to continuously drive the service level and to provide professional and effective supplier administration (in the areas of facility canteen, employee shuttle & company vehicle),support office management and employee activities, etc.
Responsibilities:
Office Management
Provide visitors service to all those needing assistance with mail and supplies;
Visitor Management
Provide logistics support to visitors such as transportation, hotel and meals arrangement, Room booking, air ticket.
Work with management team to develop the itinerary for visitor;
Clerical Support
1. Perform work of highly confidential nature and coordinate administrative support for a manager such as typing, proofing
2. Compose letters, reports and other materials based on an understanding of the requirements. Ensure the grammar, punctuation and spelling standards are maintained.
3. Assist in preparing for company meetings, celebrations, Activity and special occasions;
4. Vehicle、Dormitory, Cleaning, Canteen Management and some HR assistant work.
Travel Coordination
Coordinate the business trip including the transportation, accommodation, and visa application according to the company guidelines; Produce monthly travel report;
Other administrative and HRD support assigned by management team.
Requirements:
1. Persons with strong communication and negotiation skills is preferred
2. 5 years' working experience in receptionist and administration
3. Good in English reading and writing.
4. Working knowledge of MS Office, SAP and experience in database and spreadsheet applications.
