职责描述：

1. General Goals

Ensure that the highest level of support is provided to internal and external customers as 

requested



2. Primary Tasks

- Interface between HQ CS and distributors’ CS or direct account customers

- PO processing 

- Demo loan program support – Evaluation Kit and samples

- RMA process support with FAE

- Management of CRM program (both internal and external)

- Dealer Support : Catalogue/Literatures/Sales Tools/Localization (if required)

- Support for Trade Show/Advertising/News release/Promotion items

- Web localization (if required) and handling web enquires.

3 Secondary Tasks

- Customs/Logistics/Transportation Support

- Business Trip arrangement 

- U-blox visitors support (Hotel/Transportation/Working environment)

- Office supply and OA equipment management

- Document Control (In/Out fax and import/export documents)

- General office management/Housekeeping/Security







任职要求：

- Good with MS office (Words, Excel, Pivot Table & PPT)

- Experience with Salesforce CRM platform will be an advantage

- Experience in organizing marketing events such as exhibitions/conference 

- Good customer service attitude

- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
