     Location: Shenzhen (On-site) 深圳坐班(乌鲁木齐地区可选择选程)
     Type: Full-time / Long-term 全职
     Language: Chinese (Native) + English (C+ or above) 中文母语、英文流利(哈萨克语优先)

    We are now hiring a Customer Support Specialist to handle client/partner inquiries and daily support.
    现因业务发展需要,招聘一名客服专员,负责对接合作伙伴及客户的日常咨询。

    Key Responsibilities / 工作职责
    Customer & Partner Support 客户 / 合作伙伴支持
    •	Respond to daily inquiries from partners and customers 
    •	Answer questions related to:
    o	Promotions & campaign rules
    o	Reward systems & commissions
    o	Order status, delivery, and after-sales issues
    o	Platform usage and basic operation guidance
    •	Escalate complex issues to operations or technical team when needed
    回复合作伙伴和客户的日常咨询,包括:
    •	活动规则、促销说明
    •	奖励机制、返佣问题
    •	订单、物流、售后问题
    •	平台使用与基础操作指引
    •	复杂问题及时反馈给运营或技术团队

    Internal Coordination 内部协调
    •	Maintain clear records of common issues and solutions
    •	Help summarize recurring partner questions for process improvement
    •	Support operations team during campaigns and product launches
    整理常见问题及解决方案,协助优化流程,并在活动或新品上线期间支持运营团队。

    Requirements / 任职要求
    Must-have 必备条件
    •	Native Chinese speaker
    •	English proficiency at C+ level or above (fluent speaking required)
    •	Comfortable using WeChat, online systems, and basic office tools
    •	Patient, responsible, and service-oriented personality
    中文母语,英语 C+ 以上(英语口语流利)
    熟练使用微信及线上系统,具备良好的服务意识与责任感

    Nice-to-have 加分项
    •	Experience in customer support, operations, or e-commerce
    •	Familiar with Youzan, WeChat service account, or CRM tools
    •	Experience working with partners, affiliates, or distributors
    •	Remote work experience and good self-management skills
    有客服、运营、电商经验者优先
    熟悉有赞、微信客服系统、CRM工具者加分
    有合作伙伴 / 分销商服务经验更佳
