Job Accountabilities
•Collect/consolidate/define requirements and needs from DC operation and transportation, translate into development requirements
•Communicate with International Supply Chain on issues/enhancements/new requirements, update timeline and progress
•Keep track of Supply Chain team feedback and enhance the product, and maximize ROI.
•Develop and track Supply Chain E2E user stories/ criteria and enhance product roadmap
•Support development cycle across requirement collection, prototype design, documentation, data migration, UAT and user training
•Agile methodology throughout the enterprise for rapid design and development of products
•Support product implementation of new digital initiatives to achieve business objectives
•Conduct training for new Supply Chain digital products, and develop training documents and manual

 
Job Requirements
•University degree and above, majoring in business administration or supply chain；
•CET-6；PMP preferred；
•Communication and Presentation in English；Quality Management；Project Steering；Change Management；Training Skills；

  
•  Proven continuous high performance and experience in digital transformation projects over 6 years preferably in supply chain functions/manufacturing/Feet management；
•Experience in System deployment (Required)；
•Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Chinese；
•Preferred experience in automotive or procurement or automotive dealer；
•Preferred Knowledge of lot platform, mobile applications such as Android, iOS native applications and hybrid applications
