MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:

 1.       New product quotation and technology review;
     
 2.       Make the decision for the layout design for the new die development;
     
 3.       Provide technical direction and solution in die design, manufacture, debug and trial run;
     
 4.       Take participant the stamping process improvement;
     
 5.       Involved the supplier selection and make proposal;
     
 6.       Check the die development status and report it to the manager;
     
 7.       Work with the supplier to focus the die development debug and qualification;
     
 8.       Support the operation team to resolve the stamping domain related issue;
     
 9.       Lead cost reduction by new innovational design.
     
 10.    Work with and report to global stamping domain to develop new die and technology.
     
 11.    Lead design review with junior engineers.
     
 12.   Follow the FCI EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) Policy and system.
     
 13.   Comply with the EHS procedures, instructions and orders.
 EDUCATION  (Qualifications obtained in the course of formal education and/or training) 教育/培训:
   
 Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or the related
  
 EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 工作经验和所需知识:
     
     
 Above 5 years connector stamping die design experience in electronic connector;
     
 Abundant experience in electronic connector stamping die fabrication and stamping process;
     
 Good knowledge in die parts manufacture;
     
 Be familiar with TS16949.
     
     
 SKILLS REQUIRED: 所需技能:
     
     
 Fluent in English communication (read, written and spoken)
     
 Good skill on die design software, such as Pro/E, EMX and AutoCAD
     
 Good team work and leadership are required.
     
 Good knowledge on the high temperature resin selection
     
 Good experiences on the high speed stamping die new technology.
