Internal Sales Coordinator

Our company is focused on innovative electronic products from concept to manufacture. We have a portfolio of measuring and testing devices such as voltage testers, phase sequence indicators and multimeters. Furthermore we manufacture products developed by our customers at our factory. And: we realize our customers’ ideas. The HDT-team, based in Germany, Serbia, China and Hong Kong, will assist its customers through each step of the way from market research to mass production. 

Your main tasks:
•	Central contact person for customer orders 
•	Processing and checking of orders in our ERP systems
•	Contacting customers to obtain any missing information
•	Informing customers e.g. about delivery dates or delivery times in agreement with the production department
•	Creating and sending order confirmations
•	Logistic arrangements of international customer shipments
•	Maintaining and updating sales and customer data in SAP 

Required skills and abilities in this highly responsible position
•	Experience in international Sales and Logistics
•	Good knowledge of SAP (sales module SD)
•	Experience with all common MS Office programs
•	Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Cantonese Skills are an additional benefit.
•	Reliable and systematic way of working, good communication skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy
•	Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility, but also to work in an international team
•	experience in production environment (preferably electronic manufacturing) is a plus
