What you will be doing:
Build up strong business relationship and develop sales opportunities with key customers and accounts;
Collaborate with management to establish the sales goals and budgets of the team;
Develop and implement the sales strategies in order to achieve the sales goals; 
Lead the Team to work with customers in product development
Oversee and monitor progress of each project from product development to mass production to ensure schedules, costs and quality are well controlled; 
Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure product design, quality, technical and functional requirements are properly fulfilled;
Lead the Team together with driving the cross functions within the Group to handle customer’s enquiries, propose and present to them the total solutions, together with prepare quotations, proofs and samples, follow up customer's orders;
Provide quality account services to customers;
Perform ad hoc assignments by management
What you need for this position:
Diploma or above in Business Management; Project Management; any Engineering discipline ; or equivalent
At least 5 years relevant project management, Sales management, Account services experience in Manufacturing environment, with minimum 2 years in managerial position
Experience in paper product /printing/ toys industry is an advantage
Strong leadership with good project management, problem solving and analytical skills
Good presentation, communication, interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Workbase in Dongguan office, and travel in need
