岗位职责：  
1、负责MES和WMS系统的规划、实施、部署及持续优化，确保系统稳定高效运行；  
2、协调业务部门需求，完成系统功能设计、流程梳理及模块开发对接；  
3、主导系统集成工作，实现MES、WMS与ERP等其他信息系统的数据互通；  
4、制定项目实施计划，把控项目进度、成本与质量，确保按时交付；  
5、组织用户培训、编写操作手册，提供系统应用支持与问题排查服务；  
6、监控系统安全与数据完整性，建立运维机制和应急预案；  

任职要求：  
1、大专学历，具备IT项目管理或制造信息化相关工作经验者优先；  
2、熟悉MES或WMS系统原理及在生产制造场景中的应用；  
3、了解工业自动化、条码/RFID、SCADA等集成技术者优先；  
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能跨部门推动项目落地；  
5、责任心强，具有较强的逻辑分析能力和抗压能力；  
6、语言不限，适应制造业工作环境；

YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated, good at negotiation, analytical skills Procurement Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a commercially strong and quality-focused person with extensive experience from the furniture industry, excellent English communication skills, and a positive, team-driven attitude.
The ideal candidate has broad material knowledge and understands how to balance quality, price, lead time, and supplier reliability. You should be able to establish and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate effectively, identify long-term cost-saving opportunities, and stay calm and structured in stressful situations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Be responsible for procurement duties, including supplier sourcing, pre-qualification, RFQ/RFQ/tender, cost analysis and negotiation, recommendations, contract management, spend analysis and reporting.
-Conduct market research, sourcing and selection of potential and strong suppliers
-Source and purchase materials, components, and services required for kitchen and furniture production.
-Manage and develop a reliable supplier base with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and service.
-Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, lead times, and payment conditions.
-Work closely with Engineering, Production, QC, and Planning to ensure purchased items meet technical and quality requirements.
-Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, responsiveness, and overall commercial value.
-Degree and Monitor material availability, market trends, and supply risks to support stable procurement planning.
-Support cost analysis, budgeting, and procurement reporting for management review.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
-Min. 8 Years working experience in Procurement and related industries.
-Kowledge in Hotel operating supplies and equipment etc.
-Proficiency in MS office especially Power Point and Excel
-Fluent in English, Mandarin
-Strong communication and excellent negotiation skills
