Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with English as a working language and fluent oral communication skills.
2. At least 8 years of working experience in human resources or administration.
3. Work experience in EHS (Environment, Health and Safety).
4. Knowledge of special equipment management, fire safety management, occupational health management, etc.
5. Ability to respond to customers' EHS-related audits.
Job Description:
1. HR & Administration
• a. Supervise and manage the legality of procedures and documents related to employee onboarding, transfer, and resignation. Coordinate employee-company relations and build a harmonious labor relationship.
• b. Review employee training plans and supervise their implementation.
• c. Conduct employee performance management and check.
• d. Canteen management.
• e. Security management.
• f. Employee benefits administration.
• g. Contact the landlord and negotiate solutions for the modification or repair of the company's workshop and affiliated facilities.
• h. Arrange regular medical check-ups for employees.
• i. Dormitory management.
• j. Management of company car drivers and company cars.
2. EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
• a. Special equipment management: overhead cranes, forklifts, pressure gauges, safety valves.
• b. Detection of harmful factors in workshops. Arrangement of occupational health check-ups, and prevention of occupational diseases.
• c. Management of general industrial solid waste, hazardous waste, domestic sewage, and sporadic wastewater.
• d. Cooperate with customers and the government to establish workshop safety management and related documents with production together.
• e. Fire safety management.
• f. Lightning protection management.
• g. IT communication and management.
• h. Power usage management and signing power purchase contracts.
• i. Respond to customers' EHS audits, including those related to Human Resources & Administration.
3. Others
Liaise with government departments corresponding to the company's business. Complete tasks required by the government and communicate with internal departments. Relevant government departments include Labor Bureau, Environmental Protection Bureau (for wastewater, solid waste, garbage, hazardous waste), Emergency Management Bureau (for safety and fire control), Economic and Information Technology Bureau, Food and Drug Administration, Occupational Health Management Department, and Power Supply Bureau.
