Job Responsibilities:

1.In response to customer complaints of abnormal quality, organize relevant departments to formulate corrective and preventive measures and respond to customers, supervise and track the implementation process and effect;
2.Collection, summarization, feedback and tracking of abnormal quality identification information for new product introduction;
3.To be responsible for formulating the product inspection benchmark;
4.Responsible for handling daily production line abnormalities and providing guidance to process inspectors and operators on inspection methods and skills.
5.Responsible for the collection of quality information, feedback and the collection and presentation of relevant information;
6.Responsible for checking and verifying the appearance limits of incoming materials and manufacturing process.
7.In response to customer complaints, it has the right to request the responsible units to formulate practical improvement measures and implement them, and to assess the implementation effect of the responsible units.
8.Check the process periodically to confirm whether the inspection work has been carried out in accordance with the provisions of "Inspection Reference Book" and "QC Engineering Drawing".


Requirements：

1.College or above science and engineering education background, 3 to 5 years QE working experience in large foreign-funded enterprises, familiar with IEC60598, UL1598, lighting industry is preferred.
2.Fluent in English reading and writing, oral English is preferred.
3.Has rich experience in improving the quality of production process, customer complaints and customer audit response.
4.Familiar with the inspection standards of plastics, hardware, electronics and other raw materials, and have the ability to formulate product inspection standards according to relevant requirements.
5.Work conscientiously and responsibly, be proactive, have strong communication and coordination ability and team spirit.
