General Summary: This role works between multiple teams to ensure the accurate documentation and quotation of product during the Development and Prototyping stage. They also work cross-functionally to ensure proper materials requisitions are made during the development phase and that accurate materials data flow from Development to Production.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•	Works cross-functionally with Purchasing, PD Team, Sample Room and Finance to coordinate factory costing information for all development samples at Dongguan Office
•	Creates development sample quotation sheets including calculating materials usage, wastage, etc
•	Collaborates with PD and Sample Room on creation of Development Sample Make Sheets - including color material usage, color material placement, etc
•	Collaborates with PD on translation/exchange calculation of Quotation into English Factory RFQ
•	Responsible for flowing Factory RFQs to Costing team for finalization in a timely manner
•	Works cross-functionally with Purchasing to validate Sample Material Orders for accuracy and approves purchase
