必备条件：

英语母语或接近母语水平（硬性要求，将进行测试）

5年以上管理经验

5年以上产品开发、制造、采购或生产管理经验

熟悉制造流程、质检标准及工厂运作

具有直接与中国工厂合作的经验

出色的组织能力和细节关注度

优秀的领导力、责任心和决策能力

能独立工作，适应快节奏办公环境

接受频繁出差至工厂进行现场监督

Product Development/Office Manager
China Office, Guangdong Province

Likely Inc. is a US-based luxury packaging design and manufacturing studio. We design, develop, and produce high-end packaging for some of the most design-forward brands in the market. We work closely with long-term partner factories across China and are continuing to strengthen our on-the-ground leadership and operations.

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Development Manager to run our China office in Guangdong Province. This is a full-time, on-site position with significant responsibility, visibility, and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and run day-to-day operations of the Likely Inc. China office

Lead product development from concept through sampling, production, QC, and shipment

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across different product categories

Act as the primary communication bridge between China-based factories and the US office

Review and interpret artwork, dielines, specs, and technical requirements

Coordinate sampling timelines, production schedules, and factory capacity

Conduct factory visits, oversee QC processes, and ensure production meets Likely Inc. standards

Help recruit, hire, and manage local team members as the China office grows

Maintain strong relationships with partner factories and vendors

Identify risks early and proactively problem-solve production issues

Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and follow-through on all projects

Required Qualifications

Native or near-native English proficiency is mandatory

This role requires the highest level of English fluency

English proficiency will be tested and anything lower will not be considered

Minimum 5+ years of management experience

5+ years of experience in product development, manufacturing, sourcing, or production management

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, QC standards, and factory workflows

Experience working directly with factories in China

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong leadership, accountability, and decision-making abilities

Ability to work independently and manage a fast-paced office environment

Comfortable with frequent factory travel and on-site supervision

Preferred Experience

Background in luxury packaging, paper products, textiles, or consumer goods

Experience working with US-based clients or international teams

Familiarity with production timelines, MOQs, costing, and logistics

Experience building and scaling a local operations team
