【Responsibilities职责】：

Quality Control & Assurance:
质量控制与保证：
・Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards.
・建立并维护符合 ISO 9001、ISO 14001 及其他相关标准的质量管理体系（QMS）。
・Ensure all products meet internal and external quality specifications.
・确保所有产品符合内部及外部质量规范。
・Oversee product testing, inspections, and certifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
・监督产品测试、检验及认证工作，确保符合客户要求。
・Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
・管理不合格报告（NCR）及纠正 / 预防措施（CAPA）。
Process Improvement:
过程改进：
・Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, rework, and product recalls.
・牵头开展持续改进工作，旨在减少次品、返工及产品召回情况。
・Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize quality control processes.
・与生产、工程及供应链团队协作，优化质量控制流程。
・Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and drive effective solutions.
・针对质量问题开展根本原因分析，并推动落地有效解决方案。
Supplier & Customer Relations:
供应商与客户关系：
・Manage the quality of raw materials and components from local and international suppliers.
・管控国内外供应商所供原材料及零部件的质量。
・Handle customer feedback and complaints and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
・处理客户反馈与投诉，确保及时落实纠正措施。
・Conduct supplier audits and collaborate with vendors to meet quality and delivery requirements.
・开展供应商审核，与供应商协作以满足质量及交付要求。
Team Leadership & Development:
团队管理与培养：
・Lead and develop the quality assurance team in the factory.
・领导并培养工厂的质量保证团队。
・Conduct training sessions to raise awareness and understanding of quality processes among staff.
・组织培训课程，提升员工对质量流程的认知与理解。
・Perform regular performance evaluations and provide development plans for team members.
・定期开展绩效考核，为团队成员制定职业发展规划。
Regulatory Compliance:
法规合规：
・Ensure that all products meet Vietnamese regulatory requirements and relevant international standards (e.g., CE, RoHS, REACH).
・确保所有产品符合越南法规要求及相关国际标准（如 CE、RoHS、REACH）。
・Maintain up-to-date documentation and records for audits by local authorities and international customers.
・留存最新的文件与记录，以备地方主管部门及国际客户审核。
・Lead the factory in preparations for external quality and safety audits.
・牵头推进工厂外部质量与安全审核的筹备工作。
Reporting & Documentation:
报告与文件记录：
・Generate reports on key quality metrics such as defect rates, rework levels, and customer satisfaction.
・编制次品率、返工量、客户满意度等关键质量指标报告。
・Document all quality control activities, including test results, audits, and corrective actions.
・记录所有质量控制活动，包括测试结果、审核情况及纠正措施。

【Qualifications任职资格】：

Education教育背景：
・Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
工程、质量管理、工业工程或相关专业学士学位。
・Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is preferred.
持有质量管理相关证书（如注册质量经理、六西格玛、精益生产）者优先。
Experience:
工作经验：
・At least 5-7 years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
具备至少 5-7 年制造业质量管理工作经验，且拥有 3 年以上管理岗位经验。
・Experience in the manufacturing sector in Vietnam or Southeast Asia preferred.
有越南或东南亚地区制造业工作经验者优先。
・Knowledge of international quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) and Vietnamese regulations.
熟悉国际质量标准（ISO、6Sigma、精益生产）及越南相关法规。
Skills:
技能要求：
・Strong leadership and team management skills.
具备出色的领导能力与团队管理能力。
・Proficiency in quality management tools such as FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.
熟练运用 FMEA、统计过程控制（SPC）、根本原因分析等质量管理工具。
・Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
具备优秀的问题解决与分析能力。
・Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, Vietnamese is better.
中英文沟通能力良好，会越南语者优先。
・Experience with ERP and quality management software.
有 ERP 系统及质量管理软件使用经验。
