Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
主要工作职责：
1. Monitor and coordinate the personnel of the Production Department and various production activities.
 对生产部门的人员及各项生产活动进行监控、协调。
2. Formulate production plan, arrange production tasks, track production process, control production schedule and complete production targets.
  制定生产计划，安排生产任务，跟踪生产过程，控制生产进度完成生产目标 。
3. Handle production anomalies timely. Follow up problems solution processes and make reasonable suggestions and submit 8D reports.
  及时对生产异常做出反应。对问题及时追踪并提出合理化建议及8D报告。
4. Participate in the action plan and implementation of improving production efficiency and product quality.
 参与提高生产效率和改善产品质量的行动计划与实施。
5. Monitor the standard operation methods and wok processes to ensure the implementation of 6S management on the production site and the completion of production tasks on time and in quality and in quanity.
 监控规范操作方法和工作流程，确保生产现场 6S 管理的推行并确保按质按量按期完成生产任务。
6. Supervise, train and develope subordinates’ knowedge, skills and other good characters.
 下属的管理、培训和培养。
7. Relevant jobs of Production Safety Management in the production department.
  生产部的安全生产管理相关工作。
8. Other tasks arranged by immediate superior. 
上级安排的其它任务。
Experience/Education Required:
经验及学历要求
1. Good health. College degree or above. Fluent English in listening, speaking, Reading and writing. Being familiar with office software.
身体健康。大专及以上学历 ，英文听说读写流利。熟练运用办公软件。
2. More than 5 years  working experiences in the same role of in large enterprises in hard bag and soft bag industry. Proficient in the production process. Familiar with sewing and hot press process production technic. Good at factory 6S management. More than 5 years working experience in production manager in leather goods industry is preferred.
大型皮具行业硬包、软包生产经理 5年以上工作经验，精通生产作业流程，熟悉车缝及热压机工艺制作 ，善于工厂 6S 管理 。
3. Strong interpersonal communication skills and good at problem analysis and solution. 沟通能力强。善于分析和解决问题。
4. Familiar with the system management of large enterprises.
熟悉大型企业的体系管理。
5. Having accessories of electronic products (such as mobile phone cover, tablet cover, computer bag) and other relevant industry working experience is better.
 有过电子产品配件如手机套、平板套、电脑包等行业相关工作经验优先录取。
