Key areas of accountability:
1、Equipment acceptance 
（1）Generate document for the equipment- machine manual, maintenance plan, maintenance work instruction, spare part list and another related document
2、Maintenance
（1）Maintenance plan base on corrective actions to improve equipment utilization.
（2）Supervise and audit the maintenance actives in place.
3、Mechanical spare part 
（1）Set up effective and economy safety stock of mechanical spare part 
（2）Continue improvement spare part change sequence and cost
4、Corrective actions
（1）Equipment unplan down time analysis and corrective action base on root cause
（2）Continue improvement equipment unplan downtime 
（3）Weekly and monthly’s Maintenance report
5、Productivity via Automation and equipment upgrade 
（1）Take lead automation/equipment upgrade project
（2）Work out plan according to budget requirement and keep it on schedule
6、Other tasks
（1）Support production equipment Jig/fixture optimization.
（2）Provide technical support to improve process quality via improve machine setting and jigs

Job scope:
Plant wide pre-maintenance, TPM implementation and equipment problem solving, equipment productivity via technology upgrade.

Qualification:
1、Academic/Professional Qualification: 
（1）Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Mechanical/ Industrial / Acoustical
2、Working Experience: 
（1）Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance field
3、Expertise/Skills: 
（1）Familiar with automation equipment management/maintenance
（2）Skilled at related software programming (Siemens 1200, Omron) is must
（3）Familiar with Equipment FMEA and control plan 
（4）Excellent problem solving and result focus, quick response and solve timely 
（5）Ability to think analytical
（6）Be able to use Auto-CAD, Pro/E or SolidWorks
（7）Strong equipment safety risk management mindset
（8）Project Management skills is preferred
