Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for handling HR procedures including employee onboarding, resignation and confirmation of probation;
2. Assist in maintaining employee files to ensure complete and accurate documentation;
3. Perform attendance statistics and verification, and process leave and overtime data;
4. Assist in organizing new‑employee training and corporate culture activities;
5. Be in charge of the procurement, distribution, management and registration of office supplies;
6. Manage the office environment and supervise cleaning and security services;
7. Answer front‑desk phone calls, receive and guide visiting clients;
8. Assist in drafting administrative notices, announcements and meeting minutes;
9. Manage the company’s official seals and certificates, and complete relevant annual inspection procedures;
10. Assist supervisors with other daily administrative support tasks.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with no less than three years of HR and administrative working experience in large‑scale foreign‑funded enterprises;
2. Familiar with office administrative workflows;
3. Possess sound communication, coordination skills and service awareness;
4. Proficient in office software such as Word and Excel;
5. Meticulous and earnest in work with a strong sense of responsibility;
6. Outgoing personality with good teamwork spirit;
7. Able to work under certain pressure;
8. Candidates with a driving license are preferred.
