Project Manager G.M Sourcing
Main responsibilities
1. Drive our operational efforts and be the driving force behind the samples and production.
2. Drive product development through effective prioritization and resource allocation.
3. Work with stakeholders across the company to ensure the alignment on private label goals and objectives.
4. Facilitate RFQ.
5. Facilitate audit requests of potential new suppliers.
6. Source for products solutions to meet business needs.
7. Lead and work with a team of commercialization to ensure product standards are well built and ensure production quality and efficiency.
8. Work with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure delivery is on time.
9. Work with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the quality will live up to the standards.

Required Qualifications
1.Strong project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.
2.Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
3.Bachelor’s degree holder or above, preferably in Supply Chain management, Business Management, or relevant discipline.
4.Minimum 8 years of experience within general merchandise industry,specialized for america retails super markets 
5.Detailed oriented and sensitive to figures, well organized and able to work independently.
6.Strong analytical, root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
7.Work independently, self-motivated with positive attitude and mindset and willing to take challenge.
8.High adaptability and ability to work in cross functional capacity.Problem solving skills
9.Must Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
10.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
