Key areas of accountability:
Triger project kick off in factory.
Trial run planning and preparation follow up on raw material, line／jig, documents readiness.
Trial run arrangement and coordinate cross function team members on site trouble shooting
Hold the trial run issue review meeting with PDCA carrying out, deliver meeting memo to stakeholders.
Trigger the gate review of ＊＊＊ project as deliverable for DR／CR／MPR milestone.
Ramp up readiness review and track on manpower, material, facility, jig, documents with CFT members.
Lead cross function team members on following ramp up with trouble shooting and efficiency ｕ００２６ FOR improving to meet BC target and control ramp up cost in budget.
DFA／DFM support with issues feedback to Rｕ００２６D through trial run review by cross function team.
Support CN owner to coordinate validation and execution activities.
Risk management through risk distinguishing, escalation and shooting by cross function team
VEVA organizing and communicating on site.
Qualification:
Academic／Professional Qualification: College ／University graduated
Working Experience: more than 4 years project management related experiences
Expertise／Skills: Have skilled knowledge in new product introduce and good practice in trouble shooting； Be practised to work with standard office applications （Excel, Word, PowerPoint）；
Language skills: Good English reading and written in daily routine and Mandarin speaking
Personal Attributes: Good communication and cooperation, pro-active, brave difficulties under pressure and good teamwork.
