工作职责:
Job Responsibilities:
1.负责制定并执行生产计划与物料控制策略，确保生产计划的合理性、准确性和及时性，以满足客户需求。
Responsible for formulating and implementing production planning and material control strategies to ensure the rationality, accuracy, and timeliness of production plans, meeting customer demands
2. 根据销售预测、订单情况以及产能状况，制定详细的主生产计划和周、日生产计划，并协调各部门资源，推动计划的顺利实施。
Develop detailed master production schedules and weekly/daily production plans based on sales forecasts, order status, and production capacity, coordinating resources across departments to facilitate smooth plan implementation
3. 对物料需求进行精准预测和规划，制定物料采购计划，与采购部门紧密协作，确保物料的及时供应，同时合理控制库存水平，降低库存成本。
Accurately forecast and plan material requirements, develop material procurement plans, and collaborate closely with procurement departments to ensure timely material supply while maintaining reasonable inventory levels and reducing inventory costs.
4. 监控生产进度和物料使用情况，及时处理生产过程中出现的异常问题，如物料短缺、生产延误等，采取有效措施进行调整和解决，确保生产计划的顺利完成。
Monitor production progress and material usage, promptly handle abnormal issues during production such as material shortages and production delays, taking effective measures for adjustment and resolution to ensure successful completion of production plans.
5. 建立和维护生产计划与物料控制相关的工作流程和管理制度，不断优化和改进PMC体系，提高工作效率和管理水平。
Establish and maintain work processes and management systems related to production planning and material control, continuously optimizing and improving the PMC (Production Material Control) system to enhance work efficiency and management standards.
6. 组织定期召开生产协调会议，与生产、采购、销售、品质等部门进行有效沟通与协作，协调解决跨部门问题，保障公司运营的顺畅进行。
Organize regular production coordination meetings, conduct effective communication and collaboration with production, procurement, sales, quality, and other departments, mediating cross-departmental issues to ensure smooth company operations.
7. 负责下属团队的管理与培训，包括工作分配、绩效考核、技能提升等，打造高效、专业的PMC团队。
Responsible for managing and training subordinate teams, including work allocation, performance appraisal, skill development, etc., building an efficient and professional PMC team.
8.良好的服务意识，计划与交期进度与客人或USA团队直接对接，并服务好客人。
Maintain excellent service awareness, directly coordinate production schedules and delivery progress with customers or USA teams, ensuring superior customer service.
9.分析生产数据和物料数据，提供准确的统计报表和分析报告，为公司的决策提供有力支持。
Analyze production and material data, provide accurate statistical reports and analysis, offering strong support for company decision-making.
任职资格:
Qualifications:
1.本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、工业工程等相关专业优先。
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields
2. 具有8年以上外资企业PMC工作经验，其中至少5年主管及以上职位工作经验，熟悉制造业生产流程和物料管理流程。
Over 8 years of PMC工作经验 in foreign-funded enterprises, including at least 5 years as supervisor or above, familiar with manufacturing production processes and material management processes
3. 精通生产计划与物料控制的方法和技巧，熟练使用ERP/MRP等系统进行生产计划与物料管理。
Proficient in production planning and material control methods and techniques, skilled in using ERP/MRP systems for production planning and material management
4. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、组织管理能力和问题解决能力，能够有效地与各部门进行沟通和协作，处理复杂的生产和物料问题。
Excellent communication and coordination skills, organizational management skills and problem-solving abilities, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with various departments, and handle complex production and material issues
5. 具有较强的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力，能够通过数据分析为决策提供依据，并持续优化生产计划和物料控制流程。
Strong data analysis and logical thinking abilities, able to provide decision-making basis through data analysis, and continuously optimize production planning and material control processes
6. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够熟练使用英语进行工作沟通和文件撰写，有海外工作或学习经验者优先。
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to proficiently use English for work communication and document writing, overseas work or study experience preferred
7. 工作认真负责，严谨细致，具备高度的责任心和敬业精神，能够在压力下保持积极的工作态度，确保工作任务的顺利完成。
