岗位职责： 1.负责NPI新项目导入和相关技术项目规划&管理与计划跟踪； 2.制定、完善与优化NPI程序、技术规格与标准，员工培训；CBD计算与评估，预算申请与成本控制； 3.与客户和内部团队实现有效沟通技术相关事宜，根据客户需求修改、建议产品图纸，与客户讨论产品结构与工艺实现等技术细节并最终定案以支持新项目导入（如产品设计，工艺制程要求与开发及关键质量评估）； 4.新项目导入与报价，交期、成本和风险评估； 5.评估工艺、夹治具、模具设计并且整合DFM报告，统筹整合与提交新项目技术解决方案,如工艺流程图、MIP、PFMEA、DFM(产品、设备、夹治具、自动化等)、包装、检测、产线布局和工程数据等给项目与客户； 6.主要问题清单检讨并主导相关团队成员彻底解决所有问题，确保达到制程能力标准并顺利移交NPI到量产,并保持持续改善以降低成本。 任职条件： 1.机械工程、产品设计或相关专业大学本科及以上学历，良好的英语听说写能力； 2.有项目统筹计划、团队合作与管理的经验，优秀的逻辑归纳思维能力，良好的沟通协调能力； 3.熟练使用Solidworks/UG/ProE/CAD等三维设计软件，熟悉六西格玛工具和统计分析工具，较强的工程技术背景和系统知识，具备软包或组装、塑料成型、金属、模具切割等产品制造工艺方面的知识； 4.熟悉常用材料的性能和应用，如树脂/金属/橡胶/布料/皮料/PU/五金。

Key Job Responsibilities Lead the engineering team responsible for NPI transfer with CN counterparts, mass production engineering support, machine maintenance, repair, and optimization of factory machinery and equipment. Lead the engineering team for NPI project transfer in VN, review the readiness for all engineering documents, process, fixture, equipment and work with CN counterpart to make sure smooth transfer. Create/Update BOM/Process Flow under CN template and guidance. Lead the component/part development with VN local vendor and work with quality team for PPAP. Mass production maintenance, issue troubleshooting, FACA and continuous improvement. Develop and implement strategies for improving factory processes, reducing downtime, and optimizing production efficiency. Oversee the design, implementation, and commissioning of new equipment or factory upgrades, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Maintenance & Equipment Reliability: Establish and manage a preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment breakdowns and ensure high equipment reliability. Monitor equipment performance and recommend modifications or upgrades to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and extend the lifespan of machinery. Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure equipment and processes meet product specifications and quality standards. Process Improvement: Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement in factory processes. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production and propose solutions to enhance throughput and reduce waste. Analyze production data and KPIs to track performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and identify training and development opportunities for engineers and technicians. Ensure cross-functional communication and teamwork between engineering, production, and quality departments. Budget Management: Develop and manage the engineering department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Monitor expenses related to maintenance, spare parts, and capital projects, seeking opportunities for cost savings. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration is a plus. Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
